Is This Service Only for People Who Don’t Currently Have a Website?
We’ve designed this service to be a stress-free website starter package for folks who want their business to have its very own corner of the internet. If you already have a website but it’s crying out for techy updates or a design refresh, our Buy My Day service might be more up your street.
Couldn’t I Just Do All This With AI?
ChatGPT can be handy for helping with simple tasks, but it’s not able to write copy that connects to your target audience. It also can’t choose the right SEO keywords that’ll help your website show up on Google when folks search for products and/or services like yours. Websites built with AI might look fine at first glance, but there’s no real strategy behind them. They also might not actually work, which is hard to fix without technical know-how.
Is Squarespace a Good Platform for My Website?
It sure is! Squarespace is great for building beautiful, fast, and responsive websites. It’s also an easy platform to get to grips with, even if you don’t consider yourself a tech-savvy person. So, you can make updates to your site whenever you’re launching new products and/or services, without having to pay someone to do it for you.
If you need a more complicated site or just don’t vibe with Squarespace, we also offer custom builds in WordPress.
Do I Need Business Branding Before We Can Start?
If you already have branding elements like a logo, fonts, colours, and photos, we’ll use those for your website. If you don’t have those elements yet, don’t worry! We can help you with that as part of the Squarespace website package.
Does Good Egg Offer Payment Plans?
We request 50% of the fee when we start on your project and 50% when we complete it, with the goal of making it easier on your business’s cash flow.
Can I Pay In A Different Currency If I’m Based Outside the UK?
Yep! We accept payment via bank transfers in most global currencies. Just let us know your preferred currency at the time of booking, and we’ll confirm whether we accept it.
What if I Need More Help With My Website Later Down the Line!
We don’t just ghost once a project is finished, and we’re only an email away if you’re ever in need of a helping hand with your website.
We offer a couple of different levels of ongoing support:
- Free 15-minute calls – a quick, cost-free session for those times that you need a sounding board or to pick our brains about the tasks you’re stuck on
- Power hour sessions – a one-hour strategy and/or problem-solving call for your website, copy, and/or SEO (you’ll also receive a PDF packed full of action points for you to tackle at your own pace)
